WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will ONLY be returns on orders that are not correct due to a MISTAKE on our end. Most of our products are true to size unless noted in the description box under each item.

WHAT'S THE SHIPPING POLICY?

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered via USPS. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout prior to the completion of your order. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time (items generally take 3-4 business days to process), this is depending on the type of the item you purchase!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email!

WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

Depending on when the order was made, it will be shipped out same day if its not too late, next day after 5PM and if on the weekend Saturday before 12PM or the following business day which is Monday. 


Keep in mind some items are made to order and will not be ready within a day or two, it may take upwards to a week. 

Also, keep in mind due to a worker shortage, there may be delays in deliveries.

  • All orders must be made online during the COVID-19 Pandemic, prepaid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.

  • We reserve the right to select carriers for shipments. It will be our intention to select the most economical method of shipment. USPS and truck shipments are prepaid and added to your invoice unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at prices in effect at time of order.

  • All orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS

  • Please allow an extra day or two for shipping during the COVID-19 Pandemic and the worker shortage thanks for understanding.
